About The Event

Let the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls flow over you as you allow yourself to drift into a highly relaxed state of consciousness and an alpha/theta state. As we close out our time together, we will leverage the new moon energy and set intentions.

Jacki Caputo is a certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, and Breathwork Practitioner dedicated to helping others awaken the healer within. With a deep belief in the transformative power of energy work, Jacki uses a combination of sound healing, Reiki, crystals, and breathwork to create a safe and nurturing space for personal growth and healing.

Her approach is grounded in the understanding that true healing begins from within, and she is passionate about guiding others on their journey to greater self-awareness, balance, and well-being. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group sound baths, or workshops, Jacki's mission is to help you reconnect with your inner peace and unlock your fullest potential...revitalizing the mind, body and spirit. Holly Beverley

Holly Beverley is a passionate and dedicated Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with over five years of experience teaching a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial Yoga. She specializes in alignment and ensuring that poses are practiced safely, with a firm belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or body type. Holly views yoga as a powerful tool to connect the body and mind, helping individuals stay present and find peace within themselves.

In addition to her yoga practice, Holly works as a medical librarian and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dog. She is also an avid traveler and loves taking walks in the woods, sipping coffee, and engaging in playful activities like rock climbing and dancing. Holly is excited to create a space for personal growth and movement, guiding her students on their yoga journeys.
