Join us for Fall Into Stillness & Sound on Sunday, October 18 at 10:30 a.m. in my cozy in-home studio. Autumn is nature’s beautiful reminder that letting go doesn’t always mean rushing to begin again. As the trees release their leaves and turn inward for the season ahead, we’re invited to do the same — to release what feels heavy, slow our pace, and create space for rest, stillness and renewal. As winter approaches, nature doesn’t simply stop. Trees are called to root more deeply, reaching farther into the earth for the strength and nourishment that will keep them steady through the season ahead. Energy is gathered and conserved. And abundance is still everywhere — it simply takes on a different form. It can be found in a blanket of snow, berries bright against bare branches, animal tracks crossing a winter landscape, or tiny buds holding the promise of what is quietly taking shape. Winter reminds us that abundance doesn’t always have to be blooming to be present. Sometimes it looks like stillness. Sometimes it looks like rest. Sometimes it is the quiet accumulation of strength, nourishment and love within us. Our practice will begin with a grounding meditation to help you settle into the energy of the season, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, chakra chimes, rain sticks and gong. Allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you inward as you soften, release and reconnect with the quieter rhythms of yourself. We’ll close our hour together with gentle breathwork and affirmations, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and ready to welcome the slower season ahead. Tickets are $42. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle into your space. Doors will close a couple minutes before 10:30 a.m. and late entry will not be permitted so the experience can remain peaceful and uninterrupted for everyone. Rest. Release. Renew.
