Service Description

Join us for Full Moon: Illuminate & Release on Sunday, October 25 at 10:30a in my cozy in-home studio. The full moon invites us to pause, reflect and notice what has been illuminated — what we’re ready to release, what we’re being asked to trust, and where we may be holding on too tightly. This is a time to work in partnership with the energy of the full moon, calling upon its light to help us see more clearly, clear the path ahead, and support us in releasing what no longer serves our highest good. We’ll set intentions for what we are ready to let go of and trust that the Universe will conspire with us, guiding and supporting what comes next. Autumn offers this same lesson all around us. The trees release their leaves not because they are empty, but because letting go is part of the cycle. They trust the season enough to loosen their grip, turn inward and root more deeply into the earth. And as winter approaches, abundance does not disappear — it simply changes form. It can be found in bare branches silhouetted against the sky, berries bright against the cold, animal tracks in fresh snow, roots reaching deeper for nourishment and the quiet strength being gathered beneath the surface. Our practice will begin with a grounding full-moon meditation and guided reflection, creating space to identify what you are ready to release and the intentions you want to carry forward. From there, relax into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, chakra chimes, rain sticks, a gong and various vibrations support you in softening, clearing and letting go. We’ll close with gentle breathwork and affirmations, inviting you to leave feeling grounded, lighter and more deeply connected to your own inner knowing — trusting that by releasing what no longer serves you, you are helping clear the path for what is aligned with your highest good. Reflect. Release. Trust. Tickets are $42. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle into your space. Doors will close a couple of minutes before the start of the session and late entry will not be permitted so the experience can remain peaceful and uninterrupted for everyone.
