**🌕 Full Moon Sound Bath & Intention Ceremony** Honor the energy of the Full Moon with an extended evening of deep relaxation, energetic clearing, reflection, and intention. We'll begin with a guided meditation before settling into a one-hour immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, gong, and other healing instruments. As the vibrations move through the body, you'll be invited to soften, release emotional weight, quiet the mind, and create space for what is ready to emerge. Following the sound bath, we'll transition into a guided Full Moon ceremony. Through thoughtful reflection and journaling, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves you and set meaningful intentions for the next chapter of your journey. As part of the ceremony, you'll receive a small keepsake mason jar filled with purified water to create your own moon water. During our time together, you'll have the opportunity to infuse it with your intentions as a tangible reminder of the energy and commitments you've chosen to carry forward beyond the evening. Take it home, place it under the Full Moon if you wish, and enjoy it the following morning with gratitude.
