Sound + Balance | Yin | Yang | Harmony Join me for Sound + Balance, a one-hour sound bath dedicated to harmonizing yin and yang—balancing the energies of rest and action, feminine and masculine, within you. This immersive practice invites you to soften into equilibrium and restore a sense of wholeness. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to anchor you in the present moment. Then, you’ll be guided through the resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, designed to bring balance and harmony to your energy field. As the session closes, affirmations and breathwork will support your integration, leaving you aligned, centered, and renewed. ✨ Exchange: $42 🌿 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
