This is your space to release the mental load, the tension, the tight grip — without needing to explain a thing. Every experience is different, because every person brings something different to the mat. Your only job? Breathe. Be held. And let go. 🧘‍♀️ Doors will close just before we begin. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get grounded and comfortable before the sound journey starts.
