A Sound Bath to Release What No Longer Holds You There are threads we carry that no longer serve us — Old stories. Silent contracts. Expectations we never agreed to out loud. This sound bath is a ritual of release — a chance to loosen what’s been knotted, spoken or unspoken, conscious or karmic. Let sound become your scissors. Let breath become your yes. Let the resonance of bowls, chimes, and energy-infused instruments dissolve energetic cords, outdated attachments, and quiet entanglements you may not even have words for yet. Throat chakra support will be gently woven in — for those carrying pain they haven’t voiced, or truths they've yet to speak. You don’t have to carry it into July. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
